The patties should be allowed to cook for a reasonable period of time and then turned to allow for even cooking. The burgers should be grilled until they achieve the desired taste and shape. They are then served as hamburgers, Ciabatta rolls, or pita pockets. Alternatively, they can be wrapped up in lettuce and served. Any compliments can be added.
