It has lower cholesterol and less fats. Goat chops are the perfect dish to prepare. Goat chops need to be cooked slowly to retain moisture.
One more food to try is the gyro. This is a Greek specialty that contains pieces of meat, tomatoes, lettuce, and tzatziki sauce. The meat can be lamb, pork, beef, or chicken. The meat, vegetables, and sauce are placed on a pita bread and wrapped. The meat and pita bread are roasted.
