There’s a simple answer to this common question. Goat meat tastes like beef. At least for me, it’s a bit like beef. It’s just leaner meat. There’s one thing great about goat meat. Just like any other meat products including chicken and pork, goat meat can be cooked in different ways. It could follow the taste of different spices or herbs if you marinate them. It can be grilled, roasted and even cooked into a stew. Just like any meat, goat meat when badly cooked will taste bad. And likewise, it would be delicious if cooked well.
