We've been using this as a training treat reward, and it's a hit! My dog considers this high-value as we don't usually feed her rabbit very often. This and the freeze dried duck liver are so well-loved that she asks me to train (she has buttons lol) almost every day now. It's quite funny! If I tell her no more, she becomes adament and hits her "let's train" button again and again, and so off we must go so she can get more "Special Snackies". It also rehydrates very well with their goat milk options, we soak it as part of her breakfast topper now and then for a special treat if she's been a good listener for our other pet chores. :) It's also highly portable and works well for on-the-go training in her service dog work.

My dog loves this! He also loves the bison, rabbit and fish recipes. Been trying to figure out my dogs food allergies and these don’t contain the suspects on my elimination list. Been a subscriber for about 3 weeks now and no new skin issues. Can’t wait for him to try the kangaroo! Subscribe shipping has been consistent as well. I wish some of the recipes would come in larger sizes. Owner of a 16 month 150lbs boerboel so you can see why lol.

My Aussie was having not so good bowel movements. A little runny and not normal for raw so I thought a supplement would help him. It did! His bowel movements are back to normal and he really enjoys this added topper on his food. I love it because it adds veggies and fruit to his diet without him pushing it aside and leaving it out. He looks forward to it and he waits for it to be added. The bison is good. It has a slight green look to it probably due to more kelp being in it and he loves it but overall he prefers the beef. This stuff smells wonderful. I would never try the alligator since that is a predator but the deer is next on our list. So glad that I found this company!

I always check the quality of the food and treats before I give them to my doggies, and this freeze dried food is high quality and made in USA. These are great as topper, or training treats too.

One of the first things I definitely could not find was how much water to put in. It says to add water but not how much, which is disappointed because you print that, I know that you can guess it but which obviously that's what I did but I over added a little the first time I did it & it would just be so much easier to have the conversation chart on the bag. Anyway when I first have it to him, as you can see in the video he didn't want it, at all. Even after I stopped filming he still just sat by the bowl & looked at it. He did finally eat it but you could tell this isn't his favorite. Even now as I give him small bowls he's not quick to eat it like other foods. This does have freeze dried peas & carrots in it. This suggests a full cup for my Tux's size but he won't/can't eat that much at all so I make him a full quarter cup & he'll usually eat all of that. I have noticed that since he's been eating this he's been going to the bathroom a lot more & mostly is been to go potty so I don't know if this makes him more thirsty & he drinks more but it's just my observation.

smells like fish, so i am pretty confident that they really are what the packaging states it is. My dog has taken a liking to them but are not his favorite fish product - probably because they are freeze dried and not "oily". as a fish product, the aroma is not very strong so that makes this very nice.

These are perfectfor my dogs busy toys. They are small enough and solid enough to fit into his toy dispenser keeping him busy for at least an hour. These are tasty enough that I use them as high dollar treats.

This dog food seems very high quality and I am really happy with its ingredient list.Three types of fish and whole egg make up the first four ingredients of this recipe which lets me know there are some super protein sources available for my dogs. Plenty of organic plant sources along with pre and pro biotics make this a superior food.Of course no matter the ingredient what really matters are the taste testers, my three pups. They agree that this tastes fantastic. We started them on it by just making it a topper to their regular food but have gradually added a little more each day and they are doing just fine on this.It is nice to find a high quality food like this that has the things I want for my pups and without the things I don't want. We will be getting this again.

My dogs go crazy for this food! It is rather expensive, so instead of using it as a stand-alone dog food, I am using it as a topper/mix-in along with their usual dry kibble. My dogs have gone from feeling quite ho-hum about their food to absolutely demanding their meals by pawing at their bowls! This food is chock full of all sorts of nutreint-rich natural ingredients, although I suspect it is probably the bison liver and eggs that really drive my dogs wild. This dog food is in the form of small lightweight cubes. In addition to working great as a mix-in or topper, these are also good as high-value training treats. Since they are lightweight, they are easy to carry in a treat pouch, and since they are small, they can be used for giving multiple treats without overfeeding your dog, which is great when you need to use repition in training.Overall, my dogs go crazy for this Shepherb Boy Farms freeze-dried dog food. I mix it into their regular dry kibble and additionally will use it as a high-value reward when working with my dogs. The ingredients are high quality and nutritious. This food could be a good solution for dogs that are picky eaters or sickly dogs that needs to gain weight.

This freeze dried dog food had an impressive list of ingredients. It's wholesome, real food with added nutrients. I rehydrate it with hot water and use it as a topper on my dogs' regular food. They love it!

My dog is just a little dude. About 10-12 lbs so I don’t give him many at a time, so this big bag will last a LONG time. Seriously there’s got to be enough treats to fill a one gallon zipper lock bag.My dog loves these. Lots of tail wags and chop licking when the bag comes out!I also like that these are made in the USA by a small business. I feel that the quality control is better compared to mass produced big company food made in other countries.
